Arianna Vairo was born in Milano in 1985. After the artistic studies she did illustrations and drawings for many magazines and firms including “Capital”, “Meridiani”, “Pinko”, “Enciclopedia Magazine”, “Dopodichè Magazine”, “Mousse” and “Myown voice”, as well as for Italian music groups as Mariposa and Julie's Haircut, and the music website Rockit. For Cabila Edizioni she published the illustrated books Dove vanno le iguane quando piove and Storie Scellerate, based on Ettore Malacarne’s texts. Her works have been exhibited in Milan, Bologna, Roma, Genoa, Barcelona and Stockholm.
In the exhibition held at Il Posto, by Marta Papini and Stefania Marconi, walls will become the support to tell the public a coral story that winds from a central table, placed on the stage in the big room of the restaurant. On it we will meet the characters of the story, each of them protagonist of a narration that develops separately, this way occupying all the remaining walls. Recurrent in every story is the restaurant, the place where all the plots converge and at the same time, the context in which they develop.
The comic script author is Davide Brace. Electronics engineer, singer-songwriter, performer and musician involved in many projects. Founding member of the Tafuzzy collective with witch produces artistic works and organizes events. Music critic and journalism contributor in some web and paper headings. Fan of fanzines, comics, illustrations, printing techniques, street writing. Waiter.
