This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the grant agreement No 672466

In the last years, many editorial project have focused on comics and science. For example ERCcCOMICS, inspired by some projects funded by the European Research Council, whose goal is to create digital comics. Not only that: the magazine Comics and Science, contributing to the public’s understanding of science through comics, and the graphic novel like Non è mica la fine del mondo – It’s not the end of the world (Rizzoli Lizard, 2017) by Tuono Pettinato and Francesca Riccioni, humorously dealing with climate change. Riccioni and Pettinato have accepted our invitation to talk with some authors and researchers from ERCcOMICS, aiming to show how two apparently distant worlds can actually reveal new possible interweavings of reality and fantasy.
