A young Italian-Thai illustrator, already involved in many important collaborations, comes out with a graphic novel inspired by real life and her own origins. The graphic novel hits hard from the very first illustration thanks to the clean, clear lines and chromatic research used.

Elisa Macellari and her “Papaya Salad” are protagonists of this exhibition, which narrates the author’s work in the background of Bangkok, the 1930s, food and war. A journey through color, between East and West, accompanied by an author that will soon be the talk of the town.
