The Festival Friends Card offers to BilBOlbul visitors special promotions ad discounts. You can buy it during the festival days at the Info Point in Biblioteca Sala Borsa. The card has a cost of 5 € and its validity is limited to the days of the festival, from November 19th to November 22nd .
